What are the Minimum Requirements for becoming a franchisee

What are the costs of becoming a franchisee?

How much money can I make?
Profitability depends on many factors including operating and occupancy costs, rent, Labor, financing terms and most important, your ability to operate the business effectively. How long is the approval process?
While every case is different due to background checks, credit checks, and interviews, generally the approval process takes between 2-3 days.
Is training required/offered?
Yes. We offer on the job training in one of our restaurants as well as a training and operations manual to help guide you through the operations of the restaurant. Training is required for atleast three employees including the franchisee prior to the unit opening
How long do I have to build the restaurant after approval?
This varies from case to case depending on municipal permits, construction timeline, etc.
Do you provide restaurant financing?
We do not offer restaurant financing, but we may be able to suggest financial institutions that are interested in restaurant financing.
Where will my restaurant be built?
The availability of potential or existing restaurant locations in specific areas will be discussed during your initial interview. We cannot predict which restaurants will be available when you are approved. Flexibility to relocate for a restaurant opportunity may be required and we will educate you on the site selection process and how to find locations.
Who will build my restaurant and where will I get equipment?
You will be responsible for building your own restaurant. We will provide a list of suggested equipment and floor plans for your new restaurant.
How much will food and supplies cost?
Food and supply costs are largely dependent upon the amount of business you do and can be affected by rising prices of commodities mainly cheese. We suggest you use existing franchises with a similar customer base to determine your expected cost.
Can I use my own menus and recipe ideas?
No. the franchise menu, recipes, and product integrity are strictly enforced and must be adhered to at all times
Am I required to use a specific computer system in my restaurant?
